Refund Policy

Membership Purchase

We offer a 7-day PARTIAL REFUND on any Membership paid directly to Exitus Elite, should you not be satisfied by the system and tools provided.

To proceed with a membership refund request, please send an email to: support.exitus.elite@exituselite.com. A processing fee of 25% will be deducted from your original membership payment. Once your request has been processed, Exitus Support will notify you via email of your net refund amount.

Should you proceed with a membership purchase, YOU are confirming that YOU AGREE to all Refund Policies and YOU WILL NOT instigate a credit/debit card charge back or dispute any payment, after the 7 days has elapsed.

Should you breach the Terms of these Refund Policies by instigating a dispute, CUG LLC, DBA Exitus Elite will actively pursue legal action to recover any and all charges related to a charge back or payment dispute. Please only apply for a membership and make your payment via credit/debit card if you understand the consequences of breaching the Refund Policies.

Genesis Library Purchase

Any products purchased from the Genesis Library are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once purchased, the products are available for immediate download. Therefore, to preserve the integrity of the Genesis Library and the Exitus Elite business offering, Affiliates DO NOT OFFER A REFUND ON THE PURCHASE OF A GENESIS LIBRARY PRODUCT PACKAGE.
